Caller "Optus", but was a woman from India Offering a 40% discount. I told her it was Direct Debit so they could just go ahead with that. She then asked me for date of birth. I told her it was on record, and if she did not know that, I really did not know who I was talking to, and hung up.

Caller: Allegedly Optus Said he would offer me a big discount for the next 6 months. Despite doubting what he was telling me was truthful, I could barely hear him, so I terminated the call.

Caller: “Optus” A woman from India rang to advise that my monthly fee would go down. I’m already sceptical at this stage, so wasn’t really listening. I’ve reported it to Optus, so will wait for reply from them.
