Totally rude woman who hung up on the person answering the call because I was unavailable. I've sent an email to Beacon complaining about this and that we will never purchase anything from them and to take us off their list.

I wouldn't buy her print cartridges even if she was giving them away. She was a rude & aggressive b#tch and then rang up on me, all because I said person in charge of ordering wasn't available to speak to.

Annoying and persistent nuisance that calls back and hangs up after telling Him I'm not interested and to piss off for being a smart ass.

Phoned office. Didnt leave a message on answering machine. Glad i googled the number that brought me to here.
We switched from ink cartridge's to replacement ink early last year. Best thing we ever done. Now costs us $18 a year in ink compared to hundreds of dollars for ink cartridges.

Lady from Aussie Inks started talking about recycling cartridges... wanted to send out information on recycling, good for the environment etc... then wanted to know brands used. (Why if only being recycled?) I wouldn't give any information. She persisted and she said she will ring back tomorrow, to speak to someone who can help! TOTAL SCAM!
