Seems to be related to a company called Make It Cheaper (Energy comparison).
Called asking for a person who hadn't worked at our premises for nearly 3 years and would only identify as from M.I.C. Once finally figured out who they were (were insisting on talking to the finance person), I mentioned that we have no control over our energy (in an office building).
Got a 'You should have said so before!' and then hung up. Good customer service on that front...
