Foreign guy adamantly trying to sell website development and SEO services. Hard to hear the other end - line is quiet and he speaks quickly/mumbly. I said three times that I did not need it, yet he persisted. I hung up and he tried to call back. Ignored and blocked.

Annoying voice on a very quiet line, when I asked ho he was he started into a marketing script that I couldn't understand, something about search engines or web design constantly telling me how his products were good for us and when I expressed disinterest, and started to become demanding. When I said not interested again he just hung up without any call closure such as "thank you anyway"
