Caller: Indian caller claiming to be from Kogan mobile He said he had a special offer and I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.

Woman with very thick Indian accent. Asked her to repeat who she was, company etc. Still could not understand her but did hear "$35 per month" I disconnected after telling her this number was on no call register. Obviously another scam attempt.
