Caller: Deposit Power This is a legitimate company that provides deposit guarantees for purchases of property, where buyers do not have access to the liquid funds immediately. They may provide other financial services / loans / guarantees however this company was essential in assisting our real estate agency when faced with a challenging settlement situation. If you are in any way involved in a property purchase transaction where a deposit guarantee has been provided by a 3rd party and miss a call from this number, I do recommend you return this call.
