Caller: AMAZON PRIME I've never dealt with Amazon Prime. Constant calls from overseas, 02, 03 ... Blocking works until they come back with a new number. Now they are also calling my mobile.

Nope, they're a scam. They're just after your personal identifying information for identity theft purposes. They won't ever get you to actually test products. Do not provide them with the information they ask for. Do not even confirm your name.

Rang just now. Wanted a bunch of details with offers of products from Bunnings, Woolworths and one other to trial. Said phone number came from NSW Registry of Information. Said the DNC law does not apply to them because they are not selling anything. Said 'www' was triple-w so doesn't know internet. Gave incorrect website then corrected it to 'triple-w.MysteryShopper.com.au which does exist.
Asked for personal details such as work status, mortgage status, age bracket, any children.
Phone number is out of service.

Have had many missed calls. Answered today. Woman with moderately thick Asian accent tried to entice me to become a "secret shopper" and then explained the same deal as Anonymous describes. Wanted my e-mail address so she could send me the details. When I declined and said send details to me via post, she said she couldn't do that as she didn't have that information. Apparently it didn't occur to her to ask for it!! In any case, it was clearly a scam and she was quite persistent despite my polite "thanks but no thanks". I just hung up. There's a reason why we have websites such as Scamwatch!!

Not spam? but it IS a scam. No one wins any prizes, no products are ever sent. It's a con to gather your personal information. My brother in law works for the call center.

Had the same call. Answered yes and confirmed my phone and email address. Then when I rang back had the not on service message too. Watched a news video about a phone scam like this and panicked. Rang my credit card providers to warn them in case.

not really spam, an offer to trial, asses and review products from various retailers with the possibility of winning prizes for completion, plus getting to keep the products. Sounds fair to me.
