Relentless calling over months and months to try and convince you your computer is infected / corrupted. They are very reluctant to give any information about themselves, and for a company that is supposed to know all about your computer, they had no idea who my ISP was or what operating system I used, or whether my computer was turned on or off, or online. All they knew was my name and phone number.

This is a scam about corrupted files on your computer. I called back the number and they absolutely refused to tell me the name of the company!
