Caller: commonwealth scammer

this is a scammer hacking your bank account buy registrar there own mobile phone then getting you to give them the security account information that has been sent to your mobile so they can register there mobile on your account then they create a new account and move the money out of it to there account and with draw your money

I called back number (02) 8055 4354 reached IVR for Commonwealth Bank.

Its not a scammer. It is the digital Fraud department at Commonwealth Bank.

They rang my friend told her to download any desk app. She saw them trying to open her CBA netbanking. Not happy. Scammers said to ring this no to say account is blocked. They asked her, her limit. She screamed at them, they hanged up. She reported incident to bank and got new card.
