I called back number (02) 8043 3601 spoke to a guy who said company name is RSPCA pet insurance.

They called several times and would leave a message. They also would not respond when I did answer the call. Attempted to call back and they would not answer, first call rejected and then it rang out. Going to say it is a scam, legit callers will leave a message and also answer return calls.
