I returned a call from (02) 8039 9701 but reached vm for Contact Centre Australia

This number has called me 4 x a day since 4th June. Each day they call me later in the day....My number is registered with the do not call registry, it makes no difference. Something needs to be done about the constant harassment. I have the number blocked but they still call... frustrating....

This number has called me over six times since last Saturday on my mobile and home phone. As I don’t know who it is I don’t answer. If they want me to return the call they need to leave a message. 😡

This number calls me 2-4 times a day. Theres no-one on the other end when I answer and then they just hang up. I dont answer anymore.

Like most Australians we contributed generously to the last bushfire appeal. Years ago we stopped buying RFS raffle tickets due to hassling. We will now also look carefully at the recipients of any future bushfire appeal. Surely the RFS must know how their reputation is being trashed. Will try to convey this to them.

I have had this number calling up to twice a day the last week - one call at 7.20pm last night!!! Message is never left on answering machine.

Relentless calls to my father's mobile have gone unanswered, despite him being on the do not call register any my direct request (as power of attourney) with the organisation to stop calling him. Plus it's someone fundraising on behalf of the RFS, so I don't know how much of the money the RFS would receive, but with this behaviour they're not getting our support!

Harassed by calls regularly. Call but refused to leave a voicemail. I've asked the RFS to take us off the list or complaint will be raised. Asked politely several times when i answered that i donate when possible but do not wish to be contacted. So frustrated at being ignored.

This number calls me several times a day while I am at work! They leave a message saying they are looking for-(my Christian name) and then hang up.

Calling every day since late last week. I have blocked the number but they still call. What is the point of that? I think it is the RFS.

Lots of calls from this number but no message left. What's the point? Wastes everyone's time. Do they get paid just for dialling a number? I would doubt it. Anyway, fed up with nuisance calls I've blocked them. Thanks to everyone who posted. You helped me a lot.

Picked up and the caller was silent for about 5 seconds then they hung up.
