Rochelle from Exetel. Claim that we have an account with them and they are just checking if we have happy with our service but want details. When I say I'll get someone to give a call back they say that they will just send an email but nothing ever comes through.

Called up from Sydney with the message2Text saying "Calling from Super Group. Please call us, but you have that. Thank you" I recently signed up with SuperLoop ISP, but everyone else here is saying that it is for Exetel. Definitely a scam call, but how did they know I signed up for SuperLoop? Seedy as hell

I don’t wish to encourage them, I’ve had 7 weeks of runaround as regards getting nbn. This must be a follow up to my recent email.
