This number is definitely NIB and is an after sales call back service. I checked it out thoroughly when they called and was very satisifed it was genuine. If you are unsure, ask them to provide details from your policy that only they will know.

Calls every day - when I return the call it claims to be from NIB Health - I called NIB and they said this is not them. Scammer for certain.

I switched to NIB yesterday, so suspect that you are correct. Sounds like I have just hung up on "Sean" from NIB. In fairness, he did sound like he was AI generated!

Rings me around the same time most days. Never leaves a message. Assume if it wasn't a scam they would at least leave a message to say call me back on XXXXX number. Phone always pops up that it is a scam phone call.

have been calling since I joined to NIB, and really not sure what she is after, very annoying as I already received a call from NIB if all good with their services.

Have also just joined NIB and get multiple calls from this number. Try calling and just disconnects.

I have recently joined NIB and they said it's a welcome call for NIB which will take 5 minutes for the phonecall. I still don't trust this number though.
