I called back number (02) 8027 3453 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Just got a call from this number, they said that they were an education company called Skilled Up (did a Google search of the phone number came up with no business, did a search of the company and found www.skilledup.com.au/about-us/ ), if you do a survey that asks about employment and study to further your career .... that is when these people call.

I spoke with an Indian lady, after answering questions (what kind of work am I doing, what kind of study have I done, when am I planing on doing some more study). She advised that she would get someone else to call me back. She called back within 5 minutes asking if I am an Australian permanent resident, I replied with yes I was born in Nowra NSW (she obviously doesn't know Australian states) she then asked again so I replied I'm an Australian citizen ... I was born here, she then advised again that someone would call me back.
