I called back number (02) 8027 2599 spoke to a guy who said they are calling in behalf Citibank and was asking me to give my mailing address for security reason. A possible debt collection company working for Citibank based on the conversation I had with the guy I spoke with.

Citi also gets your personal info from TICA because you applied for a rental property. You should call TICA and tell them to stop sharing your data with debt collectors (02) 9743 1800
