I called back number (02) 8027 2262 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

Caller: someone said from citibank I had open application with Citibank. The guy said from Citibank to help me with online application. The background was noisy so I didn’t want to go ahead and verify myself over the phone. It’s just not professional telephone call and need to be alerted these days when too many scams.
