It is Australian Credit and Finance, they do home loans and they helped me out when my bank wouldn't. Definitely recommend these guys!

Received few calls from this number, when answered, no one speaks, but can hear there is a person breathing on the other side of line. When call back, no one picks up the phone.

Can Telstra block this number ?
