They never leave any messages or voicemails, BLOCKED

They ring me every second day and I do not answer call seems dodgy they dont leave a message so I do not ring back just ignore

they keep calling me non stop. quiet annoying. I asked who they are calling from, they said they wont tell me until I confirm all my details with them... ??? even ATO tell you they are calling from ATO then confirm right? how dodgy
