We are a business and I am also getting sick of this caller. Get about 4-5 calls a day and never say anything just hang up. Very frustrating not sure what the hell their purpose is ?

8 phone calls this week rings twice only and no message left, tried to ring back you just get an engaged call, now blocked sick of companies that can't leave a message

I have blocked this number - it is not a legitimate Citibank number as I rang Citibank and asked about my account and why they kept calling me - they said it wasn't them. I told Citibank I would be blocking the number. It just keeps ringing everyday even though I have blocked it. Not sure what I do now:(

Several calls a day over the last week. When I answer it hangs up. When I call back it is engaged.

They keep ringing. My landline phone is then rung and I'm sure it is them as well. Very annoying.

Caller: Citibank/ citigroup for Virgin Money

They called a few times and didn't leave a message. I was eventually able to take their call. There was a delay between me answering the call and them speaking, but it was a legitimate call related to an overdue payment owed by me. Customer service was excellent and waved a late fee because I was able to speak to them and arrange a payment date

I work in reception and they call around 3 times a day and just hang up. have been for weeks now.

These people are calling me over 20 times a day.

Citibank handle a lot of other banks credit services. Bank of Queensland is one of them.

It is Citibank/Suncorp. I first thought it was a scam call but they are legit. Received a text msg from Suncorp after the call.

Agree with everyone else here. They call me multiple times per day on this number and when I answer there is literally nothing/no-one.

This number of (02) 8024 8500 has been calling me for the last few days. On my phone this pops up rDisp4. They don't leave a message or respond to my hail.

They like ringing 3 times today but don't like to speak -Can not call back always engaged.

Claimed they are from Suncorp regarding banking matter. Wouldn’t say yes! I asked what it is regarding then they hung up. They called 4 times today. Don’t fall for it people. Phone number is engaged when you call it again
