A company owns hundreds of numbers beginning with 02 8020 & the only the last 4 numbers change. So when you block, for example, (02) 8020 1000, they can still phone you from another of their numbers starting with 02 8020. It's time everyone wrote to the Australian Federal and State governments and demanded that they ban every person and every company from selling anything by unsolicited phone calls, emails and texts.
