Caller: I dont know Calls several times a day. If you try to call back it rings and then goes to a tecoded message saying the failed due to temporary technical difficulties. They call on my mobile and land lines

Rangs only a couple of times, then hangs up, so I messed it. Call back and it rings a couple of times before going to busy tone.
