Macquarie bank who don't ring after a credit card payment is due - they ring 2 days BEFORE the due date

Jetstar card services starts harassing you four days before your payments are due!
Be more helpful if they wanted to remind you a payment is due in the next few days to send a text message rather than harass you via phone while you're at work! Do they think we don't know when to make payments???

I called back number (02) 8019 6380 reached IVR of macquarie banks card services department.

Went over my limit. They call every Wednesday about paying it back down even though I have already told them my weekly payment plan which has been stuck too.

Despite having told them NOT to call me to remind me a payment is due (well ahead of due date may I add), they continue to hound me. About time some government body put a stop to this sort of harrassment. I have never missed a payment yet!

same deal. Getting out of the blue calls to "remind" me of a credit card payment being due. I ALWAYS pay before due date and am NEVER late. Why allow them to harass people like this? VERY annoying

I had the same thing - calling two days before payment was due. Ridiculous! After the fact I can understand but when I have payments on automatic direct debit and they have all been paid, why call and harass me unnecessarily!
