Don't answer just save number as spam and block

Keep getting unwanted calls and email for this number and others. totally over all the calls. Something needs to be done about numbers like this one.

Scam they are choice answered straight away

Number keeps ringing me. Answer and they hang up! Have blocked the number.

This number contacts me regularly. I called back on 23/3/16 and spoke to one of their operators - they are the Online Competition Company. They said they called me because I had entered a competition. I told them that I don't recall entering any competitions and that I am on the Do Not Call Register and not to call me again.

I called back number (02) 8015 6910 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
