Caller: Reckon I have purchased their software. Don’t use any online at all but they have all my details and they charge me a massive $560 a year for nothing as I have already paid for the software and they try every ye@r to extract the money two months before it’s due.

Caller: Reckon They are cloud accounting package. I had downloaded test version and they were following up. Bit aggressive but no real issue.
