I called back number (02) 8015 5459 reached voice mail of company called lottery center

They keep ringing and an voice message requesting a number to be pushed for lottery tickets.

I don't know who this company is but they are a joke. They keep calling my mobile.
When I return the missed call it kept hanging up so I was none the wiser. I just picked up this call as wanted to know who it is who keeps ringing. It came up on my phone (02) 8015 5459 but when I quizzed the guy he said he was calling from Canada and when I enquired re my confusion he said must be the router. He was rude, talking over me and wanted me to purchase a ticket in a lottery tomorrow. Blocking this caller from hereon. Not sure if they are a scam or not but seems like it could be

Happening here in NZ very annoying. Is the same # as above but I won't answer it as it is an international call.

First came up as a call from the USA, then simultaneously as this number. When I tried to answer, it automatically hung up. Weird. I've blocked both numbers now.

I answered and they hang up on me, very rude

This number has phoned me 4 times this morning, I am fed up with them- it's very annoying - as they do not answer me when I pick up the phone. Who can I report this abuse to? Please give me a reply ASAP as this abuse needs to be reported.
