Its a recording -- same message (legal action blah blah). Also got an in person call from "Brian O'Connor" employee number 0438 601 121 from "ATO in Perth" (Indian accent, sounded like from a large call center) running the same script. Case number CW23996...

This is the number left by a scammer claiming to be from the ATO threatening legal action IMMEDIATELY for tax evasion. Filippino accented male.

This man stated his name was Kevin Shaw from the ATO advising tax evasion and fraud. This is a scam. The ATO has been contacted and have advised that his call not be returned. The ATO have also advised to contact them should this happen to you.
