Lady( Very Hard to understand) told me she was from call protect. and from tomorrow they would stop all my unwanted calls. When I said I haven't heard of call protect I am on donot call register she hung up. The same number has also called me for solar panels and is on my caller id most days.

Foreign accented person asking if I would like to stop telemarketing calls. Asked me for debit card number. At that point I terminated the call.

Indian or ?? not sure woman and sometimes a man rings telling me I have been receiving unwanted calls lately. I tell them, "Yes, just like this one." then they hang up. but they keep ringing back.
How do you stop these F... knuckles?

Claiming to be from Call Protect, not Telstra, but can offer Do Not Call protection from unwanted callers, etc. they sought credit card info, but did not achieve their goal. Had to be a scam! They are getting quite professional in their approach, BEWARE !

Foreign ladies saying they are from call protect and will stop all nuisance calls. They ask for credit card expiry date than number. I have calls from this scam daily.

Have has frequent calls from this number. When I answer I don't speak they just hang up. Usually around 6 calls a day. First one today at 1.20pm

Some very hard to understand person trying to tell me I have been receiving unwanted calls on my number lately. I told them, "Yes, just like this one." They tried to protest that they were a government backed company and they would be able to stop the calls. I don't have time to deal with that baloney so I hung up and blocked the number.

I think this is a scam based on numbers being on the "do not call register" - they seem to think you will fall for paying a fee for the service when it's a free govt initiative. When she finally got around to asking for my credit card expiry date, I said "I have no intention of discussing that information with you" - immediately hung up on me!

Claims to be from the government advising me that I am receiving unwarranted marketing calls. Had 14 calls today. I have a silent number and a number registered with the do not contact list.

4 calls in the last 2 hours! No one there in any of the calls

I was away from home today - my phone registered 9 missed calls from this number during the day. No message was left.

6 phone calls in one day. Phone will ring 3 times and then disconnects. No message left.

Have received a few calls from this number, don't answer and they don't leave a message.

Called me 4 times this morning. First two times the phone only rang about 5 times and did not register on my caller ID. The next call I let it go to the answering machine, did not leave a message. I was fed up, so when they just rang last, I picked up and they hung up on me. Sounded like a call centre in the background when I answered the last time. Now ringing Telstra to have them blocked.

Keep on calling my fax machine 4 times a day
