Caller: Paypal phishing acammer Today I received a phoney Paypal phishing email ("your Account has been charged $599.90 and will be going to deduct from your account within 24 hours." etc, with instructions to call "Toll Free Customer Support Number: (02) 8007 4138", and not to reply to the sender email, ***@gmail.com, as it's "not monitored".
What are the chances it's a scam, eh? :-)
(Notified abuse @ gmail.com, but thought that the phone number would be worth reporting here.)

phoney Paypal phishing email ("your Account has been charged $749.90 and will be going to deduct from your account within 24 hours." etc, with instructions to call "Toll Free Customer Support Number: (02) 8007 4138" if you do not recognize this transaction or want to cancel these charges. Would never receive a bill for that amount from the company stated which also was obviously a scam.
