Total scam. Ring saying that bank has overcharged me on all different ways that I have made purchases. Australian government has done a demographic survey and my name has come up showing that I have been overcharged. They then ask how I want my money to be sent to me ie cheque etc. They then need my date of birth. When I refused to give it to them they told me I had no concerns as it was the government. I said it was obvious they were ringing from a call centre as I could hear it in the back ground. I asked for their phone number to ring them back and I was given (02) 8006 4259 but it took him ages to give me the phone number. I never rang as it is a scam as they are acting on the greed of others.
