Got a phone call from a "Vidan Smith" at that number tonight at about 1920. asked my wife to type a series of numbers starting with "r" in the search feature of Windows. He then said we had over 3000 error messages which must obviously viruses.
He then asked her to type in www.support.me and type in a user code. My wife refused.
He said his company URL was www.gitt.com.au, which seemed to be some sort of IT training college who hadnt updated their website since January 2005 and had a MOBILE number as a contact.

I had the call from a guy called Sam Desoza, I then called the number (02) 8005 7751 and they told me they are in Sydney at Unit 2, Level 3 Chifley Park Drive, Sydney. I unfortunately have signed up for 3 years but will now cancel payment. He called the company "Global IT Protection" Technical Department of Apple. I will call Apple to check.
