Caller: Claimed to be optus

Claimed to be optus with 30% savings. I declined and they hung up.

Person identifying as Optus representative about offering 30% discount.
I asked them to identify my name if they had my account details. She just kept calling me M’am.
Then when I said no. Hung up abruptly.
Had an Indian accent.

Suspected phishing scam - caller rang saying they were from Optus and offering 30% discounts on mobile phone bills due to COVID-19. They then asked for personal information (e.g., date of birth, name etc). When I asked if they could tell me my name, they could not. When I rang the number back, it rang out.
