Another automated robot dialler. If you don't say anything like hello and only listen it will hang up as the autodetect won't trigger a human has picked up.

**BEWARE THE LATEST SCAM** An Indian-sounding person supposedly from Ebay calling about a $199 charge to your account. The call comes from an ‘02’ Sydney number, which when you call back, answers. I used this website - https://www.reverseaustralia.com/lookup/(02) 8005 5772/ to look up the phone number while the guy was in the phone to my husband, so we were able to call his bluff!! DON'T GET SCAMMED!

Came up as 1261 (aust) (02) 8005 5772 (nsw) never answered as thought strange number. Previous day had call from 08 (sa) 72001045 which had automated message saying from ebay support about confirming debit to my account. If search last number seems to be related to same scam.
