Indian scammers. From NBN. I played along and asked where he was. He said North Sydney. You should have heard him squirm when I asked what the local train station was. He did not know where to turn. Then he gave me this number. His name was David Watson. It was so funny when he said I needed to download software to stop people stealing my money. That's exactly what these people do.

Caller: Kevin Wilson from NBN - Job No: D200125

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS - DO NOT DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU AND DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY OF YOUR PERSON INFORMATION...Same as above story. Indian accent..This man said he was from NBN and located in Sydney. He continued to tell me that my internet had been compromised and my IP details were public and this is why it was possible for people from overseas to try and hack my computer. He wanted me to type into my browser ultraviewer.net so he could assist me. He told me to call (02) 8005 0081 to confirm his details. I muted him for 10 minutes and then told them I did not require their support and hung up. I then contacted my provider and provided the details of the caller. They told me there was nothing wrong with my internet and to never provide personal information.

Indian man claiming to be from "NBN Headquarters" said my computer was compromised. Played along - Gave me his details and the phone number and said to ring back if we got cut off. Towards the end another Indian male voice drops into the call claiming to be from InterPol and accuses caller 1 of being a scammer. They curse each other for a few moments and the call goes dead - Almost want to call back to play the game, but won't waste my time
