Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra They had a lot of details about my phone account. I think it's a Telstra agency trying to rack up sales. I would advise against dealing with them.

Call constantly but never leave a message. The one time I answered there was a long pause before it went through to a call centre. I hung up before they got too far into their spiel. Blocked.

Caller: Derek Fake Telstra, had ALL my details. Said I owed them $108 and that I was eligible for an offer. Aggressive guy Hung up on me. No response when I called back. SCAM

Pretended to be a Telstra rep wanting to upgrade my phone and plan, then wanted me to sign online agreement and he would call back so I called Telstra to double check and yes it’s a scam!! Beware
