hai guys, i got a call from one guy telling that he is from energy resources department australia. He told me that there is fault in my electricity meter serial number and want to install one electic device to record the electricity billing and it saves 30% of your electricity bill. It cost $700 . Its emergency and they told me that they will send it by post and threaten me that if i am not interested they are handing over this case to head office.

yeh i keep getting these calls too and the guy doesn't speak english too well. Apparently he has some device that can save me 40% on electricity. And he gets angry when you refuse to pick up his package from the post office, lol. I just put my number on the Do Not Call register, see if that helps. Considering he calls me afterhours, he's definitely not from a government department, also called me from mobile numbers before.

yeah they are scamming mainly afghans but could also be targeting indaians and asians. the caller usually speaks your language to gain your trust, go to the police about it to catch this bastards

hi ,i got a call from this one guy that he told me that he is from energy resources department australia.he told me that they will send me a device by post and it values $200 and it will save 20% of your electricity bill. after 2 days i understood that it is valued only $30 and reused to get it from post .they threaten me that if i dont pay $200 they will fine me $500 on my electricity bill.i searched for this department but i cant find it anywhere. i think that they ....

someone needs to do something about these guys. Their website is fake. If you google map the address with satellite its a white double storey duplex. They called me as well. They said they are from energy australia. They got no knowledge of australian govermment departments. I did some research. They called several times. After i exposed them they start swearing at me in farsi. They are actually more than one of them. Not sure if they are from australia.

An indian also called me from this num and said that they are sending this device and it is mandatory to have. You cant opt no for it. After that i researched on net and found out that there is no such govt mandatory product for reduction of electricity. After some days they called me again to pick it up from postoffice. When i said i am not interested then they said that i have to collect it any cost. Since then they are still calling me and threatning that i have to pay fine. Anyone can suggest what should i do now?

they're all Indians don't trust them report them & don't open the device.last week when i picked up the device form canadian post guy i opened my package & device exploded my all family member has been dead by exploding right now im in grave using my facebook account & saving the electricity of canada this device really works & i can save the electricity of my grave up to 30% for sure a** hole!

They also called me and spoke in persian. The odd thing was that they knew my full name and address. How can they know this information. I am deffenitly going to report this to police. We have to do something about it.

Hey guys, Same thing happened to me. I called the number, they picked up. What I think is happening is that they are working in a team. The team exists of Indian, Afghani, Persian and some asian dude. They are calling people randomly. I think we should go to police. I know one person who bought this product. They sold it for them for $350 each. The device was faulty too. I am going to go to 270 Hamilton rd, fairfield this week. I will get more information and will post it here again. I suggest you guys MUST lodge a complain asap. Good luck. Lets hunt this clowns.
