Apparently the ATO - I answered the call and it was a very generic computer generated voice with a 'message' for me stating that I need to call them back as there is a lawsuit being taken out against me and if I don't call back that they will have to call the police and have me arrested.

Scam ?

Caller: Some American claiming to be from the tax office

Automated call, saying that a law suit has been filled against me and that if I didn’t call them back a court order for my execution will be issued

I got a call from the above number and he and said to call him back and if I don’t they will issue an arrest warrant and get me arrested.

When I did call back there was no answer, then gets disconnected automatically.

Be very very careful

You will be arrested if you don’t call back immediately to this number
