Automated message saying Tax Department is taking a law suit against me

Does anyone know yet who is behind this and what their motives may be?

Caller: said it was Australian Taxation Office

Was extremely rude insisted on my name and address, when i stated he didn't need to be so rude, he said he wasn't being rude and if I was going to put words into his mouth he would be rude..I hung up

Called and left a message saying if i don;t return the call i will arrested.

Claimed to be taking a lawsuit against me. Clearly a scam

I got the same message from this number. I hung up straight away. I don't have time for scammers!

Some automated message saying there is a lawsuit against me and that i will be arrested if i don't call back.

Caller: I don’t know

They left voice mail that , called from Australia Tax Department, and left ‭(02) 8003 5319‬ this number to call back, when I call back name advice Victor is speak to me, he said I’m going to arrest today at 6:30pm bcoz of I don’t pay tax . What the hell , I don’t even work yet. I have no earn any money. I don’t understand.

Received a voice mail from them about how they had an arrest warrant against me.

Recorded message saying that its from the ATO saying if I dont. call this no there will be an arrest warrant issued in my name.

claiming there was a case filed against me and if I didn't call back there would be an arrest warrant put out. they did not mention though who they were.

same , and just 10 mins ago.

pretend to be ATO and demand personal details ... cut it

Rang claiming to be the taxation office and that there was an arrest warrant against me

Apparently I’m getting arrested if I don’t call back.....

I called back the number (02) 8003 5319 and reached vm that said I reached Boniwell Blinds
