I got pretty much the same call as in Fay Flin's message. I asked for the name of the caller & his number (he had an "Indian" accent). He replied Ivan Schulman, (02) 8003 3752. And he said it was a Sydney number. I rang this number & a female "Indian" accented voice answered. But I hung up then.

I got a call from this number claiming to be from Microsoft and wanting to fix my computer. I told him I had just bought a new one 2 days earlier and it didn't need fixing so he changed his tack and said I needed help installing. so I think this is a scam, I then hung up on him and have heard nothing more. just checking the phone number out and it is not Microsoft as far as I can tell

Is this a phone number used by scammer
