Caller: email

email from "Paypal" about a McAfee fee for $640 that was charged to my account, giving me 24 hours to dispute it. Scam written all over it. Gave (02) 8003 3674 as the number to call.
So I did. Indian accent (what a surprise) and wanted me to download Anydesk. This is where they will access your computer and mock up a "refund" of $6400, or $64000, then try to get you pay them back the difference.
I hope this stops someone from falling for it.

Total scam. I also received an email. Email referenced $640 charge to PayPal for McAfee. The number to call shown as: (02) 8003 3674

Scam. This phone number is given in scam emails claiming that I purchased something for which I was billed and giving an amount in hundreds of dollars, which will be taken out of my account within 24 hours if I don't ring this number.

Caller: Scammer on sms

This is a number when called switches to India region. Person asks for your details. It’s serious scam because supposedly you paid for antivirus and they want to give you money back. DO NOT Call leave it it’s a scam
