A text message was received to call that number and said my debit-credit was suspended. Could be a scam

Called my mobile and they didn’t leave me a voicemail message on it

Scam, I got the below text message.

Blocked number - message read:
Dear User, Unfortunately Your Debit/Credit card has been suspended due to fraudulent activity. Kindly call us immediately to reactivate 02800 33 551

Got a text from 0402 512 240 to say "Dear User, Unfortunately Your Debit/Credit card has been suspended due to fraudulent activity. Kindly call us immediately to reactivate 02800 33 551". Blocked the number and did not call

got a text message from 0415 483 556 saying
"Dear User, please call (02) 8003 3551 immediately, we have temporary suspend of your Debit-Credit Card. Thanks, Your Bank Helpdesk"

Total Scam. They "accidentally" refund you too much then make you return the difference in gift cards. But the refund is http edit illusion whereas the gift cards are real. Do Not Call This Number!!

I got a text from "0424 812 713" which said "Dear User, You have Successfully Charged for $500 from your Debit Card. If you did not make this PAYMENT, please call us immediately on (02) 8003 3551".

Got a message (27.07.22) Saying: Dear User, You have successfully charged for $500 from your Debit. If you did not make this payment please call us immediately on (02) 8003 3551
Clearly a scam, the very poor grammar is a big give-away, have blocked the number.

Yes I had the same today, I called the number from a landline and it the person said they were from Commonwealth bank, yeah right!!

Received an SMS from 0415 368 287 to call this number (02) 8003 3551 said my credit/debit card has been suspended.
