Caller: Breast and Prostrate Foundation

Call from charity.

Unknown caller, went to voicemail on my landline, no message left - thanks to everyone for logging details of this nuisance caller.

Reported a similar number to this and saw number this also reported on this site. I'm obviously not the only one receiving calls from an unknown number then followed by another call from a very similar number. Annoying to say the least.

Caller: Don’t know

Received a call from (02) 7908 7744, I called the number back to hear an automated message identifying themselves as a charity fund for Prostate & Breast cancer.
There was also the option to be removed from receiving a call back,

Caller: Presumed pest

Hung on long enough to be transferred from landline to mobile but no message left. Earlier posts confirm pest status.

Caller: I don't answer numbers that start with 02 or 03 anymore. I live in SA (08) and I let calls from interstate go to answer phone - if it is a legitimate call for me I'll ring back. They never leave message and in past when I have answered it was aleays a scam or false charity.

How are these people able to keep creating false phone numbers - wish something could be done about this!

I didn't pick up but on recall to the cid it's yet another breast cancer charity SCAM. Philipino-American accent on the recorded voice that says 'we don't take calls.' Pity, I was all set to part with $1K of my hard-earned. 🙂

Nuisance caller who rings several times a day. When you pick up there is silence on the other end.

No message left, another apparent scammer. Number blocked.

Another IDIOT!!! I've had seven calls (with various extensions) from this number 0279087***.

Picked up - no one at other end - guessing they multi call numbers - I delayed my pickup - thus others picked up first - very much believe it to be scam

This number left no message, my phobe flagged it as scam then closely followed by this number which has a high nuisance score too...(02) 7251 8939

Yet another call from this caller ID. These scammers seem to be limiting their spoof CID bank to just a few numbers, all commencing with 02 7908 7. Thanks to reverseaustralia participants, I didn't bother to pick up. Thanks guys.
