Calls at odd non business hours and hangs up. Return the call and a message says “mobile number is disconnected”

Caller: Mitel support I opened up a ticket and received a call back from (02) 7908 5604. I missed the call but called back and it routed to their general line

Caller: Silent caller I didn’t recognise the number so I picked up without saying anything. The line stayed open for 24 seconds of silence then they ended the call.
