IT IS NRMA INSURANCE. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THE SCAM MESSAGE REMOVED. I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO NRMA AND I HAVE RECEIVED EMAILS FROM THEM SAYING THEY WOULD BE RINGING ME AT THIS TIME. THEY RANG ON THIS NUMBER AND ALL FURTHER CONTACT IS TO BE MADE BY ME THROUGH THEIR NORMAL PUBLIC PHONE NUMBER. THEY DIDNT ASK FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL INFO DETAILS BEYOND MY NAME AND ADDRESS AND KNEW WHAT MY INTERNAL COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT.

Caller: Very bad accent guy saying he is from nrma

The dude wanted my personal info to verify my identity. I said no. He then said he would text to identify it is NRMA. I said no mate, I don't care, you called me and I am not giving you my details. He then started to push the point, I hung up. If it really is NRMA, I am changing companies, these "engrish speakers" in exotic far away lands are not helpful.
