Indian accent male claiming to be from G&H asking trying to sell me colour toner cartridges for printer. He said someone from my Lions Club recommended to call me and then persisted with the sales pitch. I hung up and 5 minutes later my wife got the same call. She asked who referred him to her and he couldn't answer the question. I suspect he has an old Lions Club directory as my wife isn't listed in the latest one.

I called back number (02) 7904 4812 reached IVR for GNS Donors.

Ignored incoming call from this number, which was unknown to me, then called back to find out caller details: phone rang many times without being picked up before I hung up. Highly likely to be a spoofed Australian phone number ringing from an overseas call centre offering some scam or other. Number blocked.
