Got a call from this number and had a look on this side before calling back. Noticed that there had been multiple people looking ths number up with no comments. So I called the number thinking it could be legit. I was wrong, the call was answered by optus saying this NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED!! it was a scam.

Caller: Cybersecurity Commonwealth Bank

Call rang from call centre saying his name was John Williams and was calling from Commonwealth Bank Cybersecurity. SCAM

Called from the location Parramatta NSW the number IS NOT CONNECTED trying to hide behind a disconnected number. !

Picked up the call but didn't speak - total silence from the other end too and disconnected after a few seconds.

Yes a scam but as an earlier writer said 'leaving a comment each time you find a number to be a suspected Scam can help other searchers!' Sooner or later they will change there numbers and it may help eventualy to shut some of them down.

Everyday I receive a call from these people they hang up when you call back it’s disconnected how do you stop these people
I have blocked continually and they find a way to annoy me

Have received numerous calls from this number saying location was in Parramatta. I haven't answered any and they have not left any messages. Looking on this site and its obviously a scam. I have now blocked the number.

Scam call. Came up as a Parramatta number, and I was expecting a call from a Parramatta number. However, not this one! SCAM.

Three calls in 3 hours from this number - came up as suspected spam. The last time - just for fun - I answered "Wongarbon Military Base" - immediate drop out of call !!!!

Number not connected, message when I tried to call back after missing the call. I'm sure this is a potential scam, since when I answered the caller said he was checking my smart phone, I said thankyou I'm happy with mine and hung up.

They call, no message left, I block, they call back new number. close to the pervious one.
