it is Baycorp for debt collections, it isn't a scam. you should answer because if you don't you can risk getting a bad mark against your credit report.

Scammers Baycorp who will not identify themselves. They will ask for you to confirm your details & try to get money from you. (in this day & age of scams who would) If they are Baycorp, which have been de-registered before as credit collection agents & I cannot find anything that confirms they are currently registered. I have no business with them, but suggest you send a decease and desist email to them if contacted in any form. Like the example below & follow it up with ACCC etc. " You are formally requested to "cease all communications, terminate any actions" as they will be determined to be Coercive Control & the parties will be referred to the authorities."
