refers to being a queensland telephone number. (02) is NOT queensland. Maybe that person is being bullied because of misguided information supplied.

Caller: Baycorp They call every day, at least 6 times a day but don't leave a message. Finally called them back and found out it was Baycorp. have now blocked their number in my phone as the calls were excessive and bordering on harassment.
