Number rang but stopped before I could answer

Caller: A male

I just received a phone call from this number. claimed to be from the Fraud branch of the Commonwealth bank. I immediately laughed at them and said 'I am going to hang up and look up the Commonwealth bank number and ring them and see if anyone needs to talk to me' and they got really sh*tty with me, saying 'Why do you need to ring back, you have us here now to deal with it' so I just hung up. I checked my accounts and nothing is amiss. My details have been caught up in both the Optus Data Leak and the Medibank/AHM leak, so I am highly suspicious. I strongly suspect it is a scam.

BS voice recorded message about an Amazon account i don’t even have, telling me to contact them to pay or cancel the account. Scammers!

Keeps calling and hanging up no msg

I didnt answer but he left a voice message saying is calling from something advisors. and try to call back phone number is desconected. For sure is a scam. Be careful

I was not able to understand the business name, female recorded message "This is (Linkt) we have a purchase order for 299.99... I hung up

Caller: Mark William

Australian Cyber Security called. Said his name was Mark William, in a strong Indian accent. He wanted me to acknowledge him and I said that I've been answering his questions so I had acknowledged him. Then asked me if I had authorised an overseas payment at 11:15 this morning. I said no but wanted to know which timezone (he was three hours ahead according to the area code). His response - "The timezone you are living in, Motherf#$ker." He then hung up.

Called from this number (02) 7258 3508 after a call 0421 053 828.
Said she was from Optus billing dept. I am not using any Optus service. Indian accent. Scam.

I don't know anyone of my contacts who has this number. Must be phishing.

Same here. Number was disconnected so assuming it was a scam call
