Has rung my phone several times and has never laft a voice mail even though my greeting asks for one. On call back, calls don't proceed.

Caller: (02) 7258 2967 Unknown number pest caller. I'ts safer to not answer unfamiliar numbers because I've been scammed in the past.

This caller is harrassing me. They never speak. If I refuse to answer they never leave messages and returning their calls always fails to connect. I've always thought it was an offence to harass people by phone.
