robocall about an Ebay purchase request

Left a message that I’d bought something from eBay. When I asked questions, the caller hung up! Blocked it.

Claimed they were Ebay customer service and they were just verifying that I purchased a GC because it seemed suspicious. I asked them to send me a link on my phone to their customer service email address where I can decline the charges. Person said that "no I just need to connect to App store on your phone." I said no, I'm not letting anyone connect to me phone and he started yelling at me. I asked for an email address and he said I was being very rude, which at that point I was because he was trying to scam me. He hung up. I rang back and asked for customer service email address and he said "I am trying to help you, you don't need email address." This was back and forth and he hung up. I called back several times asking for email address and was hung up on until they asked me if I wanted "handsome man." Oh my goodness.

This sounds like a scam a recorded message saying it is from eBay and that they have a purchase order for $200... etc etc. We haven't purchased anything off eBay recently. Just like the ones from the ATO etc.
